-

DIRECT ACCESS TO YOUR DOCTOR:
Call, text or email your doctor directly - no automated prompts, chat bots or call centers re-routing you.
-

SIMPLIFIED BILLING:
Monthly membership includes all visits, communications and in-house procedures. It outlines any additional charges from labs or imaging so that you know exactly what to expect with each bill.
-

PERSONALIZED VISITS WITH YOUR DOCTOR
No need to rush through your appointment or explain your story to a different provider each time.
-

LAB DRAWS & PROCEDURES:
Drawing labs and in-house procedures (such as biopsies, paps, and cryotherapy) are already included in the monthly membership. Additional charges for lab or tissue specimen analysis are transparent and at wholesale rates.
-

MEDICATIONS AT WHOLE SALE PRICES:
We store and distribute a variety of common medications, adding to your convenience and price transparency.
-

SAME OR NEXT-DAY VISITS WITHOUT WAITING:
Virtual or in-person: we meet you when you need it. No more long waits for short office visits.
Real life. Real medicine.
Walk through a few everyday healthcare scenarios and see how they might look with Lifelong Medicine. There are no right or wrong answers. Just a glimpse at what it’s like to have a doctor who’s there when you need one.
It’s Friday at 4:30.
You’ve had a sore throat for two days. Now you have a fever, and you're wondering if you need to be seen.
What do you do?
A. Google my symptoms
B. Wait until Monday
C. Go to urgent care
D. Reach out to my doctor
-
You text me.
We talk about what's going on. I help you decide whether you need to be seen, whether you need testing, or whether you can stay home and ride this one out.
No guessing. No waiting until Monday.
You finally have time to take care of yourself.
You've been tired for months. You've gained some weight. You're not sleeping well. You know you should probably do something about it.
What sounds most like your next step?
A. Make an appointment for a physical and hope I’ll have enough time to go over everything.
B. Start Googling
C. Try to make a few lifestyle changes on my own
D. Talk to my doctor to see what’s been going on.
-
We don't just check a box and send you home with a lab slip.
We sit down and take the time to talk about your symptoms, in your context—your health, your history, your habits, your goals, and what's actually realistic for your life.
Your kid wakes up with a rash.
It's 7:15 a.m. You notice a strange rash on your child's arm. They're acting completely normal, but…you're a parent, so obviously you're now convinced they're dying. 😅
What do you do?
A. Take a picture and send it to my doctor
B. Search Google for “childhood rash” and start comparing pictures
C. Call the pediatrician and hope they squeeze us in
D. Wait and see if it gets better. They seem fine otherwise…
Your appointment is over.
Your doctor asks, “Anything else?”
And suddenly you remember the three things you've been meaning to ask.
What do you do?
A. Ask anyway. That's why I'm here.
B. Pick the most important one.
C. Tell myself I'll remember to ask next time.
D. Google them when I get home.
-
Send a photo. Tell me what's going on through a call or text. We'll figure out the next step together.
-
Ask.
You don't have to save your questions for next time.
What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Here’s how it works:
Insurance is not billed. Instead, all visits, communication, and in-house procedures are already included into the flat monthly membership fee. By cutting out insurance, we don’t have the administrative overhead that it brings, which means we can spend that time on you. Direct Primary Care is also able to offer wholesale pricing to labs and imaging, along with the convenience of dispensing a variety of common medications.
It’s as simple as it sounds:
With a direct connection between you and your doctor, DPC offers easy, fluid communication via calling, text or email. There are no automated prompts - just a straight line to your doctor. Further, virtual or in-person appointments are available the same or next day - there is no wait.
at’s affordable and transparent.
The bottom line:
It’s a model of delivering care that honors clear communication and accessibility at a cost that’s transparent and affordable.
