Lifelong Medicine memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term contract, no enrollment fee, and no cancellation fee. Stay for as long as you find value in your membership, and if your needs change, you’re free to step away.

If you later decide you'd like to return, re-enrollment is available after a 6-month waiting period and with a $150 re-enrollment fee.
