Dr. Zrull was born and raised in Michigan. She grew up with the fortune of “five” loving moms, having lost her father to cancer at a young age. The courage and strength of her mom and sisters founded her compassion for people, and her desire to nurture this one precious life. She studied Biology at Michigan State University, and attended medical school at Ross University, School of Medicine in Dominica. After spending her clinical years learning at hospitals in Washington D.C., New York, and Chicago, she returned to Michigan where she completed residency at Ascension Genesys Hospital in Grand Blanc. Soon after graduating, she worked as an outpatient Family Medicine Physician at McLaren. Although she loved her patients and colleagues, after some time, she could no longer deny the untenable effects of traditional medicine on her personal and professional life. After pivoting directions, in 2025 she formed Lifelong Medicine - a Direct Primary Care service built on nourishing health, family, and life.

Since 2023, she has the wonderful privilege of teaching clinical skills and Point-of-Care Ultrasound at Oakland University’s School of Medicine, where she joyfully guides students in patient communication, physical exam skills, and the technical skills of bedside ultrasound.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Zrull is better known as, “mama,” snack-maker extraordinaire! She is a lifelong hobbyist, YouTube-trained in house projects and haircuts…salon services are free of charge.
